Sprint Planning Meeting (in Scrum Methodology)

Every sprint starts with Sprint planning meeting, each sprint planning meeting should be actively participated by Feature Team, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Product Owner creates the high priority stories (feature/task) list and Feature team gets agreed with possible set of stories for a sprint with Product owner. Scrum master is responsible to ensure that feature team should not feel the pressure and should not over-commit.

So outcome of Sprint planning meeting is Sprint backlog. Now it should go on board as ‘Post-it note’ with story written on it, if manual agile is placed. Otherwise if automated agile tool is getting used it is easy to maintain.

Further stories are getting break-down in tasks and Product owner should not interfere into that.
